How it works

From a shared spec to a signed, shipped integration.

Partner integrations fall apart in the gap between "we agreed on the API" and "it's live." Parity closes that gap with one contract every party can read, sign, and track.

01 · DEFINE

Define the spec

Author endpoints, request/response schemas, and a living data dictionary in a versioned contract both teams can read.

02 · EXECUTE

Execute the agreement

Platform and partner each sign. The version locks on execution; any change requires a tracked amendment.

03 · AUTHORIZE

Authorize the right people

Admins, partner PMs, and partner devs each get a scoped view of exactly what their role needs.

04 · DELIVER

Track to go-live

A delivery roadmap per partner moves from kickoff and testing to live in production, independent of the signing workflow.

The platform

Everything a partner integration needs, in one contract.

Versioned API contracts

Endpoints, request/response schemas, and a shared data dictionary, versioned like code, with a full changelog on every release.

Dual-signature execution

Platform and partner both sign. The spec locks on the executed version and only reopens through a tracked amendment.

Role-based authorization

Admins, partner PMs, and partner devs each get scoped access to exactly what their role needs, enforced at the data layer.

End-to-end delivery tracking

A go-live roadmap per partner, from kickoff and testing to live, that moves independently of the signing workflow.

Rate limits & headers

Production and sandbox quotas, burst allowances, and response headers documented alongside the contract, not buried in a doc.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does billing work? +

You apply for access with no card required. Once we approve your workspace, we email a secure payment link where you can add a business or personal card. Self-service is $3,000/month, and we're open to a one-month free trial to start; the Managed rollout is an FDE implementation service fee plus a monthly fee set on your contract.

What counts as a “partner integration”? +

One partner’s API surface, including its endpoints, schemas, contract, and delivery timeline, all managed end to end. Self-service includes up to two; the Managed rollout is unlimited.

What’s a forward-deployed engineer? +

On the Managed rollout, a Parity engineer implements alongside your team, standing up contracts, wiring integrations, and configuring MCP, Slack, and agentic tooling so you’re live fast.

What can the MCP connector do? +

On the Managed rollout, connect Parity to Claude or any AI agent over a secure OAuth connection. The agent works inside your workspace with your role and permissions, so it can only do what you could do in the app:

Read
  • List and inspect partners, contracts, and API specs
  • View delivery timelines, changelogs, and version history
  • Search across contracts
Author & edit
  • Create partners and set their capabilities
  • Draft contracts and build the spec, endpoints and request/response schemas
  • Import a full spec with automatic versioning
  • Set rate limits, update delivery status, and file amendments

It cannot sign or execute contracts, delete anything, or manage users, those stay with your team in the app.

How is our data secured? +

Every workspace is fully tenant-isolated, and role-based access is enforced at the database layer, so admins, partner PMs, and partner developers each see only what their role allows and nothing else. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, and the platform runs on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure.

Can we give partners limited access? +

That’s the point. Partner developers see only the technical spec they need, while contract signing, versioning, and delivery controls stay with your admins.
